Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom associate Felicia Gerber Perlman and King & Spalding accomplice Bradley Giordano have joined McDermott Will & Emery as partners in its restructuring and insolvency group.
Perlman will function as the co-chair of the practice together with Timothy Walsh and Jeffrey Reisner.

Perlman has represented clients in complicated enterprise reorganizations, debt restructurings, and insolvency subjects over her 20-year career at Skadden. She has worked with debtors, lenders, creditors, and other events in all levels of restructuring transactions, from Chapter 11 reorganizations to out-of-courtroom negotiations.
In 2016, she performed a lead function in representing oil and fuel producer Atlas Resource Partners, L.P. In its prepackaged Chapter Eleven reorganization in 2016 inside the bankruptcy courtroom inside the Southern District of New York. She also represented the biotechnology enterprise Dendreon Corporation in its Chapter 11 reorganization in Delaware.
